Vendor will not accept return requests only within 2 hours from the time of delivery.

Wrong Products

Vendor will accept return requests if food that is delivered is different from Your order.

Faulty Products

Vendor will accept return requests if food are found to be defective or damaged.

Quality/Size/Quantity Issue

Vendor will accept return requests if quality or performance of the product is not as expected.

Vendor Return & Exchange Policy in Detail

(1) A Food or service may be entitled for return within the relevant return window if it satisfies one or more conditions provided below:

a) the food or service was delivered in a damaged condition

b) the food or service has missing parts or Addons

c) the Food or service is different from what was ordered

D) the Food or service have size/quantity issue

(2) Please return the items to us in their original packing in unopened and undamaged Condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase within the relevant days from date of receipt of items(s) at your end.

(3) The food or service marked as "non-returnable" on the food` detail page cannot be returned. Gift cards, personalized products, sale and promotional items are not eligible for a return or exchange

(4) At the time of taking the delivery of the items you ordered, please ensure that the product received is undamaged, is properly packed and acknowledge the same to the delivery person. In case the box looks damaged or tempered with, please do not take the delivery of the product. Call or email our sales support/Customer care immediately.

(5) If possible, please make a video while opening the box.

(6) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you for the approval or rejection of your refund/Exchange. If you are approved, then your refund / exchange will be processed, And in case of refund a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the bank information provided by you or original method of payment, within a 3 to 4 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds-

a) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

b) Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

c) Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
