Vendor Return & Exchange Policy in Detail

(1) A product or service may be entitled for return within the relevant return window if it satisfies one or more conditions provided below:

a) the product or service was delivered in a damaged condition

b) the product or service has missing parts or accessories

c) the product or service is different from what was ordered

D) the product or service have size issue

(2) Please return the items to us in their original packing in unopened and undamaged Condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase within the relevant days from date of receipt of items(s) at your end.

(3) The product or service marked as "non-returnable" on the products` detail page cannot be returned. Gift cards, personalized products, sale, clearance and promotional items are not eligible for a return or exchange

(4) At the time of taking the delivery of the items you ordered, please ensure that the product received is undamaged, is properly packed and acknowledge the same to the delivery person. In case the box looks damaged or tempered with, please do not take the delivery of the product. Call or email our sales support immediately.

(5) If possible, please make a video while opening the box.

(6) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you for the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund / exchange will be processed, And in case of refund a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the bank information provided by you or original method of payment, within a 3 to 4 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds-

a) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

b) Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

c) Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
