Refund / Cancellation

Local Mafiya is an electronic platform in the form of an intermediary that provides services to facilitate the engagement of Buyers and Sellers for commerce and including but not limited to internet based services (“Service”) on Local Mafiya and such other services that are incidental and ancillary thereto. Your subscription to the Services is solely at Your discretion. One such Service enables You/Users to locate the shop/establishment/outlet which is offering the merchandise ("Products") You intend to buy. You will select the Product You intend to buy on-line

He/ She sale/purchase of Products will be additionally governed by Sellers specific policies of sale, like cancellation policy, exchange policy, return policy, etc. as informed to You by such Seller. We are not responsible for any conduct or behavior of the Seller whom You approach/contact by Local Mafiya for the purchase of the Products offered by the Sellers

Local Mafiya owend by company name is Maatr Tech Pvt Ltd will not be responsible for any product related issues, warranty related issues, services related issues any legal or criminal challenges. 1- We don’t have any refund / return process / Policy in case of COD / Pick UP or direct payment to the merchant by any online/offline mode by any source.

2- In case of Online payment only by www.localmafiya.com website or mobile app through any online mode (debit card/ credit card/ Net banking / wallet) you can initiate your refund /return request with in 7 days of after delivery. Upon receiving your Return/Refund request, Local mafiya shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request. If Local mafiya finds that the request is genuine, it will initiate the Return and Refund process. Local mafiya shall process the refund only once it has received the confirmation from the vendor concerned in respect of the contents of the product relating to that refund.

In the event of frivolous and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, Local mafiya reserves the right to pursue necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Local mafiya in this regard.

Return Process:

1. For Return intimation, please visit Merchant E-Store on website or App Or call directly to vendor.

2. Local mafiya customer care team will verify the claim after receiving the confirmation from the Merchant/ vendor made by the customer within 72 (seventy-two) business hours from the time of receipt of complaint.

3. Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, Vendor will initiate the collection of product(s) to be returned.

4. The customer will be required to pack the product(s) in original manufacturer’s packaging. with original price tags, labels, bar-code and invoice; and

5. Refund will be completed within 30 (thirty) days from date of reverse pick up (if required).

6. Any wrong ordering of product doesn’t qualify for Return;

7. Product being returned should only be in their original manufacturer's packaging i.e. with original price tags, labels, bar-code and invoice; and

8. Partially consumed products do not qualify for Return /Exchange, only fully unopened products can be returned/ Exchange

Refund Process:

In all the above cases, if the claim is found to be valid, Refund will be initiated to the same source .
